Hi,
I found the languages file in order to edit the text, but as I am not familiar with php I the following question:
Right now the whole message appears in two lines. There are no paragraphs, breaks, etc.
How can I fix those?
Thanks in advance!
Kat
September 23, 2012 at 8:51 pm #49642wzpModeratorDo you mean, you want to format the message text?
Can you copy and paste the message you are referring to?
September 24, 2012 at 1:54 pm #49643bynatashaMemberYes, that is correct. I would like to format it.
Here’s how the message currently appears:
‘Dear Kat Below is your download link: BB Digital Free – encrypted link goes here Thank You ‘
As you can see there are no proper paragraphs, spaces, etc.
I would like to fix it to look like something like that:
‘Dear Kat,
Below is the your download link for BB Digital Free:
encrypted link goes here
Thank You,
Being Best Insights’

Have you made any modifications to the eStore plugin?
What version of the plugin are you using?
What email client are you using to read the email?
September 26, 2012 at 12:53 pm #49645bynatashaMember1. No, I haven’t really made any modifications. Only settings that are available through the ‘Dashboard’.
2. I just purchased the plugin. It’s 6.9.1. I guess it’s the latest?
3. It’s a Gmail and i’m using Outlook 2010 (Windows)
Hope that helps!
September 26, 2012 at 12:56 pm #49646bynatashaMemberI just checked the email sent through the link you sent me and it looks fine. Not sure why doesn’t look the same way when I send it.
I’m using this shortcode on my page [wp_eStore_free_download_squeeze_form id=2]
September 27, 2012 at 3:22 am #49647adminKeymasterThat would mean that something on your install is causing this issue.
Please try loading a fresh copy of the eStore plugin:

If that doesn’t change anything, try doing the plugin conflict test to see if you have a plugin that is changing the outgoing email’s body text:
