eStore – Can Not Delete Category

Just need some input on how to remove a category. I choose the delete category button on the selected category and then it refreshes to the category list and nothing has changed.

Hi,

Let’s start with the simple checks first

Which version of eStore are you currently using?

Are you making sure to click the “Yes” link in the message which is displayed when you click the “delete category” button? ie,

Do you really want to delete this Category? This action cannot be undone. Yes No!

Also please try deactivating and deleting your current version and loading a fresh copy as per this link (just in case):
