Hello. Our store has been charging a flat $6.50 shipping charge for a physical book, but somehow a customer was able to order a book without the shipping charge being applied. All of the orders prior to this one had the $6.50 shipping applied. Also, I just went into my store and tried myself and it applied the $6.50 shipping to my order. Therefore, it is very strange how someone was able to place an order and pay for the book without being charged that shipping charge. Please advise what could cause this problem with the shipping charge being applied.

Can you please share a link to the page where you have this product so I can check it?

Hi. The product can be added to the cart from the following two locations:

    Thanks!

I have checked it multiple times (different time of the day) from different browsers and the shipping works fine for me. However, I noticed that you have W3 Total cache plugin installed. Have you done the following?

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I completed those steps for W3 Total Cache several months ago. I just went in to verify and the requested settings are still in place.
