I have eStore working fine with standard paypal button…eStore proccess the payment, sends the emails to me and my customer, add the contact to getresponse.
I created a new product which is a paypal suscription. When eStore process suscription, it does it fine with PAYPAL. Paypal sends correspondent emails for customer and me, but eStore is not sending the prebuilt emails, either it is not adding the contact to Getresponse.
The setting of this new product is exactly the same as the one which is working well. The unique change is that I add infor in the suscription/recurring payment Tab…in fact, I copy the setting from one to the other.
What could be happening? eStore Ver. 5.8.1
Hi, Please do the following:
1) Load a fresh copy of eStore first:

2) Then enable debug in the eStore settings. That way we will be able to see what happens when the transaction goes through.
