The add to cart shortcode is showing up as the shortcode and nothing else. (at the bottom of this page – [http://yourkickasslife.com/mess-into-my-message]
Hi Bloom Life, please read through the following URL just to make sure that you set up the plugin correctly (It is likely you have a typo in your shortcode):
http://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/ecommerce/wp-estore-quick-setup-and-usage-video-tutorial-593
When you added the shortcode did you copy paste the shortcode from our documentation?

Thank you
I have checked both of those links. These are the shortcodes I used:
[wp_eStore_add_to_cart id=20]
[wp_eStore_cart_when_not_empty]
When I use [wp_eStore_fancy1 id=20] – this works but I want just the button.
If you edit the page, in the “Text” (not the “Visual”) mode, does the shortcode appear exactly as it should?
What version of eStore are you using?
Yes, it shows the shortcode in both Text and Visual. We are using Version v5.0.1.
Hi Bloom Life, your version of eStore needs a little update for that shortcode to work. That shortcode was added recently. Please read through the following URL and upgrade the plugin:
