Errors on Admin page when setting up eStore

I am seeing the following errors on the Admin pages while setting up eStore and add-ons. The site was working fine with no errors prior to installing eStore and Add-ons.

I am running:

WordPress 4.9.4

eMember 9.2.2

eStore 8.0.3

Mad Mimi Add-on 1.2

Order Management Add-on 2.5

Receipt Creator Add-on 2.5

Debug is off

Please let me know if there is something I need to do to correct anything here. Thank you!

1. When I click on “Order Management” under eStore:

2. When I click on “Edit Order” tab in Order Management Add-on:

Notice: Undefined variable: payment_data in /home/poudreriver/public_html/testsite/wp-content/plugins/eStore-order-management/eStore-edit-order.php on line 138

3. In Receipt Creator Settings, when I click “Save” :

Notice: wpdb::escape is deprecated since version 3.6.0! Use wpdb::prepare() or esc_sql() instead. in /home/poudreriver/public_html/testsite/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3839

4. When I click on the Issued Receipts tab in Receipt Creator:

Notice: Undefined index: receipt in /home/poudreriver/public_html/testsite/wp-content/plugins/eStore-receipt-creator/eStore-receipt-display-table.php on line 94

5. When I click “Save” in eStore General Settings:

Notice: Undefined index: eStore_cart_enable_sandbox in /home/poudreriver/public_html/testsite/wp-content/plugins/wp-cart-for-digital-products/eStore_menu_general_settings.php on line 93

I have made some changes to some of the addons you are using. Please download new copies of the following addons (delete the old one and then use the new ones).

Order Management, Receipt Creator.
