Are you using some kind of Windows based server package?

What version of PHP is your hosting package using?

Sorry I didn’t get back to you sooner. Somehow I thought I would get an email notification from you.

Yes to Windows. The PHP version is 5.4.32

I have run into another issue too. When I use Chrome the cart gives an error when trying to access PayPal, but it works in other browsers. Can you help me with that too? Thank you so much for your help.

Somehow I thought I would get an email notification from you.

At the top of this page, click the “Add this topic to your favorites” link.

    Who is the hosting provider?

Please post an actual link to your site, and instructions on what to do & look for, so that we can see what the issue is.

    My hosting provider is spiderdomain.com

Here is a link to the site. [http://jojonesnwimages.com/wordpress/]

I’m not sure how to answer when you ask for instructions ‘on what to do and look for’ beyond what I’ve already told you. What additional information can I give you to help you understand my problems?

Can you please load a fresh copy of the plugin and let us know if you still see the same error in your coupons admin menu:

I made the request for a new download about 24 hours ago. I look forward to trying it when I get it.

Great, thanks. That’s a great help, it now works in Chrome.

However, I still get an error when I click on Coupons in the settings. It is the same as before:

PHP Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in C:Inetpubvhostsjojonesnwimages.comhttpdocswordpresswp-contentpluginswp-photo-selleradminpromotions.php on line 299

Do you have any ideas about that?

On doing some more testing, I find it has a problem in Firefox. When selecting “Proceed to Checkout” it takes me to the next page, but then doesn’t redirect me to the payment page, or have any option to do it.

I tested your site in firefox and I was able to add a photo item to the cart then do a checkout and land on the paypal checkout page.

I think there is a caching issue going on. You are most likely seeing a cached page. Can you ask your hosting provider to remove any caching that they have?

I will check into that my hosting provider about caching.

What do you think about the question about the Coupons? That’s actually the first question I asked you but has never been addressed.

I will send you an email so I can log into your wordpress admin panel to take a closer look.

    Hi Ron,

I added some more robustness to code for that page and uploaded my changes to your site and now that warning does not display anymore and eveything looks like it works fine.
