Error Page After Login

When logging in, I am getting the following error message after longin.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_userdatabylogin() in /home/mentor/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-eMember/wp_eMember1.php on line 681

When I hit the back button, the page works ok, but it is a problem for my members to get this error message.

Any ideas?
