Error creating “Purchase History” Page

I added the shortcode [wp_eStore_members_purchase_history_with_download] to my site, and got the next errors:

Notice: Undefined variable: output in /home/*/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-cart-for-digital-products/eStore_misc_functions.php on line 1389

Notice: Undefined variable: output in /home/*/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-cart-for-digital-products/eStore_misc_functions.php on line 1439
