Hi All: I have digital download mp3 and wav files in the shopping cart. The encrypted links form the admin function link generator or the test purchased download links will not open or access the downloads. I get this message in the browser when I copy and paste the download links, “The file on the server containing your download couldn’t be opened”. I hope this is not a theme problem. Using wordpress 3.5.1. Please advise. Thanks, Dan
The message you are receiving is not generated by eStore. Please enable the debug logs, reset them, and perform a download test. Then examine/post the results from your download_manager_debug.log file.
If, after performing a download test you only find the “reset” message in the debug log file, you might be experiencing a variation of situations similar to this…
