Photo Seller – Enable Instore Pickup option not showing up

Hi, I have enabled PayPal Gateway and checked:

“Check this if you want to use PayPal standard checkout” So paypal will calculate shipping.

I have also checked:

Enable this to give your customers the option to pickup their order from your store. No shipping is charged when customers select the in-store pickup option.

In the purchase process I don’t see the Customer Pickup option in my desktop browser(tired safri, firefox and chrome. I do see the “store pickup” option on mobile (iphone/ipad).

I have the same issue. The “check this if you want to pick up your items” does not show on any computer browser (Chrome, Mozilla, Edge) but it shows on my Android tablet and phone.

Also the cart doesn’t update the totals after changing the quantity on the tablet or phone. But it works on computers.

And the quantity is white text on white background on the phone and tablet. But on the computer is black.

Are you using some kind of a plugin that loads a different version of the site for mobile devices?

I recommend that you first download a fresh new version of the plugin and try your test again and let us know if you see the same issue:

I do not have a plugin that loads a different version of the site for mobile devices.

I re-installed Photo Seller from my original downloaded zip file. Problems not solved.

Sunday night I requested a download link and still waiting for that.

Thank you, I got it.

I deactivated the old, and then deleted it.

Then installed the new from the new downloaded zip file.

Unfortunately, the problems are still the same.

The computer now does show the “check this if you want to pick up your items”. But the tablet and phone still can’t update the cart correctly and quantity still shows white text on white background. I will check again tomorrow.
