eMember – Unable to create membership levels using No Expiry or Until Cancelled

Dear Tips and Tricks Support,

Please can you assist me with the following. I receive the error: “Membership Level “TEST” couldn’t be created due to error.” when trying to create membership levels using ‘No Expiry or Until Cancelled’ subscription duration. I am able to create levels using the other subscription duration methods.

Website Configuration:

WordPress 3.4.2, WP eMember v8.2.1, PHP v5.3.17, MySQL v5.5.15, Webserver IIS 7.5

This indicates a slight database column out of sync. Please try loading a fresh copy of the plugin:

I tried re-installing the plug-in but I am still unable to create membership levels using ‘No Expiry or Until Cancelled’ subscription duration. I have also delete the database tables but I’m still unable to set that level of subscription. What could I try next, what further information can I provide to assist?

Hello,

I have just installed eMember into a completely new WordPress installation v3.4.2, just to ensure there no conflicts with other files, database tables and plugins but I am still unable to create membership levels using ‘No Expiry or Until Cancelled’ subscription duration. After submitting an automatic request for a plugin update I am now using eMember v8.2.3, WordPress 3.4.2, PHP v5.3.17, MySQL v5.5.15, Webserver IIS 7.5.
