My service provider has set it up, not sure if this is what you meant but

Set the value of the “Cache Timeout” field to the default value of 3600.

I bought the eMember Plugin on 12. 16. 2020. (4A299320CR375784Y)
The plugin works well, and I have installed w3 total cache, which works very well with the plugin too.

You mentioned that you are using the W3 total cache plugin. Did you do the following to make it compatible with the W3 total cache plugin?
Yes, I studied the article, and set everything according to that.
