eMember – Renewals Not Accepted

I just tried to renew my membership on my own site, but even after PayPal redirected back to my site eMember is still saying that my membership is expired. Thoughts?

Are you using PayPal via eStore or a plain PayPal button for the payment?

I’m so sorry I didn’t get back to you, for some reason I didn’t get a notification of your reply! I am using a plain PayPal button.

Thank You. Please do the following:

1) Go to eMember settings menu and check the “Enable Debug” option to enable debugging.

2) Now do your transaction

3) Share the content of the following two files so we can see what exactly is happening when you pay for a renewal:

wp-eMember/ipn/ipn_handle_debug.log

wp-eMember/ipn/subscription_handle_debug.log
