Tagged: eMember, recaptcha, registratioin
When ever we try to register a member in IE, we always get an error on the next page that tells about an error that recaptcha caused, but never in Firefox.
Are there any updates for this issue?
Is this something that IE needs to update?
It doesn’t happen in IE 8. Only IE 9
There is no issue with the registration form’s reCAPTCHA and IE9. A few other factors must be contributing to the issue you are seeing. Please try the following:
1) Load a fresh build of the plugin:

2) Do the theme and plugin conflict test (I have seen a few themes that doesn’t include the reCAPTCHA correctly which causes issue):

3) Do you still see the reCAPTCHA issue if you turn on “Compatibility Mode” in your IE9 browser?
