eMember – reCaptcha creates record when wrong code entered

We are having an issue with reCaptcha. If the user doesn’t get captcha right (misspells it, doesn’t see it correctly, etc), eMember still creates a record and you can’t re-use the ID or email. It creates a really frustrating user experience. What can we do about this?

If the captcha fails, then it shouldn’t create any record. Please do the following first:

Re-install or Load a Fresh Copy of the Plugin(s)

If you still see the issue after that, please share the URL of your registration page so I can inspect it.
