I have three new issues. I have used emember for a while now without incident. The last two days however I have three issues constantly occurring:
1) New members are not being sent an email AND are not being added to emember. In other words, often when a new member did not receive an email it was because it was in their spam folder or such. I then went to emember and found them but the username would be blank. Now they are not even in the emember list at all and I have to add all the details manually.
2) Members are renewing, (I use estore for the renewals) but emember is not updating at all.
3) Inactive members who renew after they are inactive are not being recognized and their accounts updated. I have to go in and manually turn on the active setting and change the date to reflect their payment.
In other words it seems like emember can no longer get communications from PayPal. Should I uninstall and reinstall emember? What do you think has happened. Thanks.
