I am using eMember 7.4.1 and there isn’t any aweber api integration area, it gives me the option to select Aweber and then it asks for my aweber list name, nothing more. Am I missing something?

Yeah jloswald, you need to be on version 8+ of that plugin. Fill out the form to request an updated copy: https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/update-request

Install the latest version of eMember and you should see the new api section:

    Hello!

I actuelement to version EMembers WP – V8.2.1, but after clicking “Click here to get your authorization code” (https://auth.aweber.com/1.0/oauth/authorize_app/999d6172)

after my good AWeber log in username and password, access is denied on aweber. I get a message:

    http://www.aweber.com/not_found.htm?filterId=5556837586992105328

    What to do?

Most likely the access details were wrong. Does the label of the button show “Make Connection” or “Remove Connection”?

I would recommend you to do the following:

    1) First load a fresh copy of the plugin:

    2) Then try the authorization again while you type in the access details carefully.

    Hello

Is it possible to change the authorisation code for AWeber via eMember? I’ve asked aWeber but they say that it is a feature of the eMember AP, so you might be able to help me with this.

I am not sure why you want to change the authorization code but there is nothing to change in terms of the code. You simply click the “Connect” button and authorize the API and then eMember will be able to do the AWeber signups for you. If you already connected the AWeber API then click the remove connection button in eMember settings and you will be able to reauthorize again. Maybe if you tell me what issue you are facing I will be able to help more.

Re the issues I’m facing – I found via my user logs that someone using myinfo.any-request-allowed.com had managed to get the authorisation code for my AWeber – as I’m not sure whether this will cause a problem or not, I’m after a new code.

Okay as per my previous post you can simply remove the connection and create a new one. In the process you will get a new code. You don’t need to worry too much about this authorization code anyway. This authorization code is one time use only codes. So when you use it on your site once, someone else can’t really use that code anymore.

I tried to a reinstall of this program and I am still unable to connect with Aweber. I am taken to an authorization page but when I attempt to login I am getting a page not found error. Any help would be appreciated.

@mobileguy, The error you are getting is actually on AWeber’s site. So I am pretty sure the login authentication for your account is somehow failing on their app access site.

One of our moderators requested you to try the following yesterday. Have you done that?

    1. Log into your Aweber account first. (stay logged in)

    2. Now from the same browser (in a new tab) click on the “get authorization code” link in the eMember settings.
