After recent updates I have an incompatibility between WP eMember and Divi Theme that causes module functions to stop working on the front end; such as the mobile menu, read more, sliders (controls gone and no swipe action) and module links. I have to solve this. Both are eMember and Divi essential to the site. I had updated to WordPress 5.5 but saw on this forum that people with eMember should not upgrade to 5.5. so I rolled back my WordPress install to 5.4.2 but the problem persisted. I then reverted to the previous version of Divi but that solved nothing. There are no Divi errors but there are the following eMember errors in my debug log:
[23-Aug-2020 18:27:35 UTC] PHP Notice: Undefined index: HTTP_USER_AGENT in /home/angiebell/www/www/wp-content/plugins/wp-eMember/wp_eMember1.php on line 15
[23-Aug-2020 18:27:35 UTC] PHP Notice: Undefined index: REMOTE_ADDR in /home/angiebell/www/www/wp-content/plugins/wp-eMember/wp_eMember1.php on line 15
[23-Aug-2020 18:27:36 UTC] PHP Notice: Undefined index: REMOTE_ADDR in /home/angiebell/www/www/wp-content/plugins/wp-eMember/includes/emember_utils_misc_functions.php on line 126
Your post indicates the errors occurred after you tried updating WordPress, and DIVI; and that you have since rolled back to previous versions. Were you running the same version of eMember, before and after the attempted upgrade & rollback?
Please do the following and let us know if you still see the issue after that:
