Hi,
I’d like to know how can I format the reset password notification?
That email that contains the subject “Password Change Notification” or something similar.
Thanks
Go to the following interface and change the reset password email:
WP eMember Settings -> Email Settings -> Forgot Password notification
Hello,
When someone resets their password they seem to get 2 emails:
-The eMember notification email
-And a default WordPress email, which states, “This notice confirms that your password was changed on (Site Title). If you did not change your password, please contact the Site Administrator at (Site Admin Email)”
Can you please tell us how we can disable this default WordPress email? It is confusing for the user to receive 2 emails when they reset their password, and we would like them to only receive the eMember email.
Thank you!
That other email is coming from WordPress code (because you are likely using the WP User integration feature). The following post has an answer for you:

Ok got it, thank you!
