eMember – General Protection Posts Uncheck alone

Hello, Sorry for my english I’m French.

I have a problem, when I go in “Membership level / Manage Content Protection”. I check posts that I want protect with “general protect”.

But a few minutes later all posts I have ckeck are uncheck alone. Only all Posts uncheck alone. For Pages, Categories, or customs posts stay check with general protection.

What is the problem ?

Hi, Which version of eMember plugin are you using?

I would recommend you to reload the plugin first just in case:

Now regarding your problem – let’s take it step by step…

What steps did you do exactly do to set the protection of the posts?

Did you follow the info in the yellow box of the “Membership level -> Manage Content Protection” menu page?

There are also other ways you can protect your posts and pages such as via the post editor or you can even use section protection.

Have you tried any of these and do they work as expected on your site?

ok thank you I try soon to reload the plugin and I say you if it’s ok.

For the problem :

1. First I Protect my posts via the post editor. But a few days later I look in the “Membership level -> Manage Content Protection” menu page and all my posts are uncheck.

2. So I check all my posts that I want protect and a few minutes later, all posts are uncheck again.

But others pages or customs posts stays checked. And membership level stays checked too.

My problem it’s only for protect general content for my posts.

I try to reload plugin first, I think tonight. I will get back to you after that.
