I’ve posted this question before and admin said he needs more info.
However, I don’t know how to debug. The forgot password simply doesn’t work. I have to change my customers password manually. When I input email and confirm, the system just didn’t sent any confirmation to me.

I tried to answer your guideline as many as possible. Below are the details:
1) Think about what details you can give us that will help us recreate the issue that you are seeing. Simply outline whatever you are doing to see the issue and what error you are receiving (if any).
– I press forgot password text then popup show. After that, I filled the box with my email and confirm. It said confirmation email has been sent but I can’t find it anywhere included spambox.
2) Provide a link to the exact page where the problem is seen.

3) What do we have to do on this page to see the issue (provide necessary instruction)
– retrive password
4) What version of WordPress and the plugin(s) are you using?
– WordPress 3.3.1 and plugin 7.8.1
5) If you are using a shortcode that is not working then copy and paste the exact shortcode that you are trying to use so we can see if there is a typo or some other information in the shortcode is missing.
– No, I didn’t use shortcode.
6) If the issue/error you are seeing only happens at activation time (when you activate this plugin) then tell us which method you used to upload the plugin (the WordPress plugin uploader or an FTP program like Filezilla?).
– I uploaded from Kloxo upload platform.

However, I would like to verify some things. Can you please create a temporary test membership account and then share the login details so I can log in as a member and checkout the forgot password mechanism myself.
