eMember – Fatal error: Cannot re-assign auto-global variable _POST

When trying to activate the eMember plugin on a new WordPress installation I get the following error : Fatal error: Cannot re-assign auto-global variable _POST in /wordpress/wp-content/plugins/wp-eMember/wp_eMember1.php on line 1317

The installation is as follows :

– WordPress 3.5

– Theme LIBRA from YIT

– Plugins : WPML Multilingual CMS, Duplicator, Duplicate Post

– Site : [www.minimiss.lu]

Please let me know what might be the problem.

Please download a fresh copy of the plugin form our server and then install that.
