Tagged: fancy login
Hello, The fancy login seems to have stopped working on internet explorer (it works on all other browsers) with the latest update of your plugin and/or wordpress 4.0 … it just gets stuck at “Please wait…” …I was wondering if you could help me troubleshoot it?

Thanks in advance,
Theo
I just checked it using IE and it works fine for me. When I click on the login link in the header area, it pops up the login window fine. What version of IE are you checking with?
I am checking it with IE 11 but I honestly never use IE myself.
I have had 4 complaints from users not being able to log in and they all say they are using IE
also the log in window does pop-up fine in IE 11.
Only when you click to log in it just says “Please wait…” in that pop-up window and nothing happens
On IE 11, if I input an invalid login; after a few seconds, the “Please Wait” turns into an “Undefined” message.
Please do the following and let me know how it goes after that:

It was after I updated all of my plugins to the latest versions that this happened,
so they are fresh copies
The login I am trying is not an invalid login and the “Please Wait” stays there forever
It is conflicting with something. Does it do the same for fanc1 login also?
Please do the following test to find out what it is conflicting with:

This is the fancy login only,
This is IE 11 only
I have tested the fancy login system in IE 11 so I know it works fine in the plugin. This issue is specific to your site only. Thats why I requested you to do the conflict test because a conflict can cause this type of issue.
Theo, did you find a solution to this?
