eMember – export members to csv = Blank Page

When i try to export members to a csv file – it goes to a blank page – and i see there is an error on the activity monitor that says “Internal Server Error” – Could this be a server php memory limit issue? a

You need to first fix whatever it is that’s causing the internal server error on this server. More details and explanation here:

Once you fix that internal server error, the plugin will work as expected.

Hello Admin!

In my case, Im not getting any errors. It’s just a blank white page. What could be wrong? I don’t have any error that logs on the page when I hit “export all member info”.

Hi Admin!

I just did. I requested for an automatic update. I deactivate old version, deleted from the server, uploaded the new one and reactivated but still showing blank page when I export.
