eMember expiry notice email showing tag {first_name}, not customer’s name

Hi Support,

I just noticed that the eMember plugin’s expiry email notice just show the tag “{first_name} {last_name}”, not the customer’s name. Here is the screenshot:[nimb.ws/7vbC1A]

Unfortunately, the expiry emails do not accept email tags:
