Hi, I plan to dripfeed content for two 5 day courses. When a customer has bought course#1 he will be assigned the main membership level and drip feed will start. When the same client buys course#2 that also dripfeeds (or any other product) while the first course is still dripfeeding content – will the dripfeeding of course #1 stop as the main membership level will now be assigned to the course #2 and course #1 will move to the ‘additional memberships’?

- If you have “Multiple Membership levels per User” turned OFF (default); the user can only be at one membership level at a time. It affects dripping, in that, once a member gets promoted to the next level; they loser access to previous levels.
It also means that if you “buy” another non-drip level; it diverts the member to that level… until the next scheduled drip occurs; at which time… nothing will happen, because the level they got diverted to is outside the “drip chain.”
- If you have “Multiple Membership levels per User” turned ON; the user can access material for whatever levels they have been dripped or purchased:
Alternatively… because you are using eStore; you can use the “Authenticated Page Redirect (APR)” feature to sell access to non-dripped materials:

The benefit of APR is that you can set expiry limits on the member’s access.
September 19, 2020 at 12:33 am #80962adminKeymasterJust to clarify, there can only be ONE auto-upgrade sequence happening at one time to one member profile. Some users mess things up with the multiple levels feature and then try to configure two concurrent auto-upgrade scenarios and stuff (sometimes without realizing it). So a good idea is to sit down with a piece of paper and work out the auto-upgrade path a member will take. Then you can make sure the path is straightforward and setup correctly.
