I have followed the directions to set up extended profile add on for eMember. Custom registration field answers are not showing up when I click on detail for a user profile. The custom fields are yes/no drop down. How can I fix this?
What version of eMember and the profile extended addon are you using? Have you selected the custom fields in the profile extended shortcodes and then entered the correct shortcode in the details page? Refer to step 3 and 4 from the profile extended addon usage section.
eMember version: v8.5.7 Profile extender version: v1.1.2. I have created the short code by following the steps and have checked the right boxes. The questions show up, the answers do not.
The answers do show up on the individual member profile. They do not when using the shortcode from profile extender.
You need to edit the shortcode and add the custom fields name in there (for the ones you want to show).
