Hello,
I think this is the last step to lauch our community site, i need to customize the User Profile Summary List Fields with somes customs fields in my form builder (add on).
I display user profile summary with level4 membership like this :
[emember_extended_summary_list fields=”show_profile_image,first_name,last_name,email,address_city,company_name” levels=”4″]
But i want to add a custom field a checkbox field i’ve create in form builder.
And to sort the table with this field.
It is possible and if not i will request some particular job if not very expansive.
Thanks for help
October 14, 2014 at 11:07 pm #66082adminKeymasterThe form builder and the profile extended addons are completely separate addons. Form builder was developed by us whereas the profile extended addon was developed by one of our users. Integrating them wasn’t a priority for the user who originally developed the profile extended addon.
So there is no option for it by default. Please use the following form to get in touch and I will see if I can customize it for you:

If you are just looking to display text fields then you can do that. You can display the custom text field value of form builder by using that field’s label in the shortcode. Field names with multiple words should be joined with an underscore. For example: if the label of a custom field is “Your School” then use the following in the shortcode to shows that field:
Your_School
July 25, 2017 at 1:00 pm #66083derekhSpectatorHi Guys,
As the post above is two years old I wondered if the facility to display custom fields from Form Builder using extended profile was now available.
I can get the field label to display, but the contents are blank.
July 26, 2017 at 1:24 am #66084adminKeymasterYeah it should be able to display the custom field. What is your field label and what are you using in the profile shortcode?
July 28, 2017 at 7:15 am #66085derekhSpectatorHmm that’s what I thought. In this instance the field name Short_CV returns the field label but no contents
[emember_extended_profile_details fields=”show_profile_image,first_name,last_name,member_since,email,phone,address_street,address_city,address_state,address_zipcode,country,subscription_starts,Short_CV”]
The capitalisation is correct and the Short CV field name is the label that was created in Form Builder as a custom field.
Is there anything obvious in the shortcode that I have done wrong?
July 29, 2017 at 1:35 am #66086adminKeymasterThe shortcode looks fine to me. Are you looking at the correct member’s profile (meaning that member’s short CV field does have some value)? If you edit that same member’s record in the admin dashboard, do you see a value in the “Short CV” field?
