eMember – Critical error when updating more than one member

Haven’t used the website or eMember for a couple years. Relaunching the site and trying to update new and old members. If I update them one at a time, there are no problems. If I try to update more than one, I get an error: “There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

I have not upgraded to WP 5.5 (as instructed) and have run through the most common troubleshooting steps, including deactivating all other plugins and switching to a standard WP theme (twenty-nineteen) and get the same results.

I reached out to WP-Engine, our host, and then checked the log and found a series of errors:

Are you using the latest version of ALL of our plugins & addons?

Also, please ensure that your site uses versions of PHP, MyQSL, WordPress, etc. that are currently supported. The requirements for each plugin are located near the bottom of each plugin’s product page.
