eMember – Compact Login not changing upon login

Previously, when you logged in, the Compact Login would change to say the likes of ‘Hi, [name].’

Now it doesn’t change and just shows the ‘Hello, Login to start. Not a member? Join Today!’ message even when you’re logged in. I’ve implemented it in the theme using the instructions from http://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/wordpress-membership/using-a-compact-login-and-join-us-message-203

Any help would be appreciated.

Can you please share a link to the page where you have it so I can take a look. Also, add the following shortcode in the sidebard of your site (temporarily).

[wp_eMember_compact_login]

Does that shortcode work in the sidebar area?

You can see it at [http://www.makeovermasters.co.nz] at the top of the page as well as in the bottom sidebar.

If you want to try logging on, then use the account mhTest with the password test.

The widget isn’t showing the compact login text changes either.

I’ve loaded a fresh copy and it seems to be working correctly. Will keep an eye on it.
