Tagged: Translation
Hi,
When activating the plugin, the WP Media Library is not working anymore. Can’t access to any media nor uploading a media.
Please help.
Thanks
The plugin should not be having this effect. Please provide more specific details, about how you encountered this difficulty.
What details do you need ? When I activate ths plugin : no media access
When I desactivate the plugin: media works properly
What specific steps or procedure do you do, after activating the plugin, that causes the media library to not work? In other words; if somebody wanted to reproduce the problem, what is it that they have to do?
I don’t do any specific procedure.
Activate the plugin > Go to Media Library > Not working
Been there, done that already
Still got the issue
We don’t see this issue on any site that is using the plugin. So there has to be something very specific to this site.
Can you tell me what changed in this site when this issue started or has it been like this from day 1?
Yes it has been like this since day 1.
Whenever I activate your plugin media does not work.
For information, we used your plugin 6 or 7 years ago then we deleted it.
And we are back with your new version. When we installed it, some setting were still active in the plugin.
Please, help because it’s very inconveniant. We paid for a plugion that does not work.
I have deactivated all plugins one by one to check if there was a conflict. But still, does not work.
I will jump on your site and take a look. I have sent you an email for it.
Hi,
My issue comes from the fr.php file in “/plugins/wp-eMember/lang”
Each time I change a translation in a string, my issue comes back…
Are you saving the language file in UTF-8 formatting?
