eMember – Can not see full list of members

When I click on Members, there are no members listed. I can’t edit any members or retrieve passwords etc.

I installed the extended profile plugin but I get this error:

It looks like you don’t have the eMember plugin active on this site? Please post a link to the page where you have eMember’s login page.

Also, load a fresh build of the plugin on your site:
