The Auto Upgrade email notification is displaying {first_name} instead of actually displaying the name of the member.
Here is what I have in the body of the email:
Hi, {first_name}
Your membership account has been upgraded to: {membership_level_name}
Please log into your member profile to view the details.
Thank You
Neither the name or the membership level displays properly in the email. It only shows the code. How can I fix this? I need to be able to tell the member what they are upgrading to.
I am using Version v8.4.7 of eMember.
