Emails from eStore and eMember

Hi I have all of your plugins, but every time any of my subscribers buy something or subscribes to my free membership they receive a message from my hosting company. I am not very saavy with this but could you please help me I want them to receive the email with my name and from my email account.

You can change the from name and address by using the following format in the “From Email Address” field of the “Email Settings” menu:

Jon Doe <jon@example.com>

Jon Doe will be the from name and “jon@example.com” will be the from email address.

Thanks I made the changes you suggested. I have had two members signed in and I haven’t received notification. I have checked the checkbox that says to notify me whenever someone completes the registration.

Yes I believe they did get the email…

The best way to find out is to test it. All you need to do is signup for a membership with some dummy values. Please post a link to your registration page and I will take a look.
