MemberHi,, I noticed there is an option to show a list of all members, which I think it’s very good, but when you have several memberships you don;t want people to see all members.
Is there a way to show members of a specific membership in a page?
Thank you,
Have a great day!

ParticipantAre you talking about the for the public profile listing of all members when you say “show a list of all members”?

MemberWell yes,, it would be nice to show only the names and a link to their complete profile, but whatever is possible…?

ParticipantNope, public profile listing is only available for all members (this is mainly useful if you making a social networking type site)

MemberIs there a way to code something to separate them.
I need people to get in touch but only with the same people in the membership.. I don’t want people from the Free Membership looking at the profile of people from the Silver Membership

MemberI see this was talked about two years ago. I need this too… I only want to list one level of members, our actual players from our Hockey team. Guest Players, Pending Guests, and Non-Primary Goalies shouldn’t be listed.

KeymasterThe eMember profile extended addon will allow you to list your members:

MemberHello, I just installed this add-on and it looks good so far. The problem is that I wanted to list different membership levels on different pages, not all on one. Is there a way to do that with this plugin?

KeymasterHi, You can use the “levels” parameter in the summary display shortcode to list members from a particular membership level only. Here is an example usage:
The following will show a list of members who are from membership level ID 2:
[emember_extended_summary_list fields="user_name,first_name,...." levels="2"]

MemberHi,
A couple of things:
(1) I’ll echo the need for displaying different membership levels on different pages.
(2) The multiple membership level per person is a great feature, but it interferes with the 3 custom menus we built to display for the 3 top membership levels. For each top membership level, there is a unique navigation menu. With multiple membership activated, the plug-in seems to get confused about which custom menu to use. We’d like the primary membership level for that user to be sync’d with the custom menu that should be displayed.
Any help you can offer is greatly appreciated. Thanks very much.

KeymasterThere is a way to check and verify that a user is logged into a particular membership level. You can use that to show a menu only if the user is logged into that particular level.
Check these documentations for more details on this:

MemberHello, I used the shortcode successfully for listing members from particular membership levels. But, it only works for the primary membership levels. How do I get the secondary membership levels to show in a listing?

MemberHi,
you can use the same technique for secondary membership level
