Some of my product downloads are quite large but they have been downloading OK; but all of a sudden I find any product file over 38MB stops downloading and of course the customer’s file is corrupt when they try to open it. The files all stop at 38649kb.
I am using WP estore Version v6.3.0
I have my files hosted on Jaguarpc and I can download the files without difficulty using FTP.
I am using WordPress 3.4.1.
I have been unable to figure why this would be so.
Appreciate any advice to resolve this issue as it is distressing to my customers and myself.
See the following checklist. This will help you troubleshoot the issue you are having with your download links.

That is fine…but I have looked through the checklist and cannot see anything that may apply.
Downloads have been fine until this week, filesizes are no larger than 150mb; but all of a sudden files will not download beyond 38mb through the estore.
Also tried upgrade and now I have no estore.
All I get is “[wp_eStore_list_categories_fancy]” instead of my categories shown. All other aspects of WordPress are displaying fine.
Hi
I have tested the plugin on another install and using download method 6 have had the entire file downloaded. Don’t know why the method stopped working on my main site.
Problem now is after installing and reinstalling plugin update I have no pages showing only the code as in previous post.
Has anything on your site changed recently? Did you check this post?

Can you please post a link to the page where you have the shortcode you mentioned?
