Don't understand how to get a printout order

How do I get an order print out. For one of my sales situations on site I need a printout of the order placed by the customer and then the customer pays for it.

How do I get this done.

If I need to get code rewritten I will take care of that or if you provide that service that can handle that I would like to take advantage of it. I would expect to pay for additional services.

I think the manual checkout option will do the job. Have you tried enabling the manual checkout option in the plugin? The following post has details on how you can use it:

Following on from what @admin said:

After the manual order has been placed, you can then print out the order receipt by going to the “Orders” menu and clicking the “View” link for the order you are interested in.

Inside the order details page you will see a link near the bottom called “View Receipt Online”. When you click on this you will see a nicely formatted receipt you can print out physically.
