Does the 2nd Tier Affiliate Receive Commision from the 1st Tiers Commission?

Does the 2nd Tier Affiliate Receive Commision from the 1st Tiers Commission or from the base product? For Example, A Product on my site cost $100. 1st Tier set at 25% comm. and 2nd Tier Set at 25% comm. If Person A (1st Tier Affiliate) sells to Person B – Person A Gets 25%. Person B (2nd Tier Affiliate) sells to Person C and Gets 25%. Does Person A Get 25% of Persons B commission? or I am giving away 50 percent of the $100 product.

Yes. Thank you. In essence, percentages/Commissions are deducted from the total cost of the product. For example; if a product is $100. Say Tier 1 is set at 25% and Tier 2 is set at 25% then the total paid out to Affiliates is 50% or $50.
