Hallo
i can’t find in the wpestore documentation one page or video that explain how to setup the thank you page and the email to show (the thank you page) and send (the email) to the customer after he subscribed for a membership recurring site with trial period. I just found it for the digital delivery of a product

Subscriptions can have their own thank you page.
You use this same instruction for showing the transaction details on “Thank You” page (this works for all eStore transactions):

what i am getting mad now is to find wich one is the string to put in the email to send them to the registration page
That string can anyway be included also in the thank you page? (for double security that the customer gets the registration link after purchase)

September 27, 2012 at 10:27 am #49735eftnewlifeMemberI am testing the membership. I followed all the steps to make paypal bring the customer to go to the “thank you” page after payment. The first time it worked fine, then i tried 2 more times and it addressed to the “Autentication Required” page instead.
(i have the “Enable Site Wide/Domain Level Lockdown” function on in eMember and the thank you page excluded from the lockdown. In fact i can access it without loggin in)
I created a custom buyer email in WpEstore like this:
Thank you for joining to the program…
bla bla bla
Complete your registration by clicking this link:
{reg_link}
In the email after purchase i don’t get the link but a text with the same “{reg_link}” in it

What version of eMember are you using?
The registration completion link comes from the eMember plugin (not eStore plugin) as it is for a membership. Go to eMember’s settings then email settings and you can customize the email that gets sent for the registration completion email.

Does this only work for Paypal?
I haven’t been successful using this for Eway. Just wondering.

October 24, 2012 at 6:21 am #49738adminKeymasterIt works for most of the payment gateways doing shopping cart checkout. It definitely works for eWay. Are you getting sent to that “Thank You” page from eWay after a transaction?

Is it possible to adjust the automated message that appears. All of my sales are non-downloadable, so this doesn’t really need to be stated on the /thankyou page.
