Hello and thanks for the great plugins! I have searched, but cannot find any reports or resolution for this issue. And I haven’t included a link to the page since I have had to remove the button causing trouble…
I activated the Subscription Discount Add-on so we could test registration for a new eMember Level using eStore Checkout. Everything worked fine.
Now, however, that same discount amount for the coupon we created is still being applied to the product, even though I have disabled the use of coupons. No coupon code field appears, but the discount is still being applied!
I have totally deactivated the Sub. Discount Add-on plugin AND deleted all coupons in eStore. Yet the discount is still applied whenever checking out via Stripe (we use the payment gateway add-on too). The full price is charged when paying via Paypal, so the issue is only when checking out on site via Stripe.
The eMember and eStore debug logs show no relevant info, with only “SUCCESS” messages and no reference of a discount being applied for these transactions.
1. Is there somewhere in the database I can look to address this issue? All admin settings look fine!
2. What other information do you need to help me troubleshoot this?
3. What other steps can I take to add the Stripe option/button back and get it working properly?
4. Is there any way to add the cart amount to the Stripe fields upon checkout? Paypal lists the amount to be charged, but Stripe does not.
Thanks in advance for any help!

eStore Version 7.4.1
eMember Version v9.0.8
WP Payment Gateway Bundle Version 1.4.8
WordPress Version 4.6.1

Please disregard this question. Amount does appear on Stripe checkout form, contrary to report from a user.
To Clarify: The amount shows full price upon checking out, but Stripe transaction goes through with the discount applied.
Thanks!

October 12, 2016 at 10:16 pm #74358rabbijillzSpectatorI figured creating a new product would fix the issue, but how can I prevent this from happening again?
If I introduce a new subscription product with a coupon code, if it is applied in Stripe, apparently ALL subsequent subscriptions will have the discount applied!
October 13, 2016 at 12:42 am #74359wpCommerceModeratorUnfortunately we can’t do anything about it. Stripe requires a plan to be created in your account before a customer can be charged for the subscription. Stripe and PayPal works differently in terms of how they handle their subscription.
