Disable W3 total Cache notification

I’m using W3 total cache and I have followed the directions prompted by the alert notice that says: You have the W3 Total Cache plugin active. Please make sure to follow these instructions to make it work with the WP Affiliate plugin.

There’s no prompt to disable this message though, how can I stop it from showing now?
