Digital Product Variation Not Working Correctly

Hello,

I am trying to add a digital product variation. The only file that is being delivered is from the url entered in the ‘Specify download url’ box. The digital product entered under the ‘Digital Content’ is no longer being sent. If I removed the variation, the digital product under the digital content is sent. Any idea what I might be doing wrong? Thank you for any help you can provide.

Thanks for your reply. I just downloaded and it looks like its already on my server. I have all the info entered correctly and the file is being delivered. The file that isn’t being delivered is the the file in the ‘Digital Content Details’ area. I have value, price and url entered. I’m stumped.

Just a thought, to make sure we are “on the same page” here…

When dealing with digital variations, the “regular file” must also be listed as a variation.

Let us suppose you are selling a Windows program. You have the Windows program listed in the main Product URL.

You then decide to sell a Macintosh version. Both the Windows and the Macintosh programs must be listed in the variations. Adding just the Macintosh version to the variations menu will only let you select/download the Macintosh version. In this example, the Windows version must be in BOTH the main Product URL and the variation menu.

So the question is; do you have BOTH files listed in the variations menu?

After you setup your variations, if you then edit the product and checkup on the “Variations” section, the “Digital Product Variation” field should contain 2 URL.

My own issue is, I’m working with the 2co payment gateway using a buy now button, it keep telling me that an error has occurred. I don’t know from what end to tackle the problem. Please can someone help?
