WP eStore – different terms and conditions page

I sell multiple product types on my site and need to have different terms and conditions for the type of product being used.

I sell a subscription to the site which i need terms and conditions for that, and do NOT want the checkbox to with the button. But upon registration, before pay i need a T&C page to be verified.

I also sell classes that people register for. I need a different T&C page to show for that before payment also without showing the checkbox on a buynow button.

how would you go about doing this?
