It is not possible to have multiple terms & conditions link. You can handle it using one of the following methods:
1) Create an extremely detailed T&C, with separate sections for each products or product groups (if you need)
2) Create a global terms and conditions page that has links to all your other terms and conditions pages. Then use the main T&C page’s URL in eStore settings.
