Hi,
Is it possible to trigger automation when i change the customer status from “unpaid” to “paid” if they choose manual checkout?
So after i confirmed the payment, i will just change the status become paid, and it will automate something like make the sales/comm to the proper affiliate in WP affiliate platform and automatically send email template.
Thanks
November 10, 2011 at 10:11 pm #38352adminKeymasterThe status field is a multi purpose field so it is best to not associate it with commission awarding. We have plans to add a manual order management option in eStore which will address what you described. In the meantime this post might help:

Btw, what do you suggest to differentiate the payment for manual checkout? I mean just say if there are 100 transactions / day and all same amount, when someone pays, how can i know who is paying?
There is an option send manual confirmation payment but it looks like more things to do for customer, is it possible to generate unique number let’s say 1 to 1000, and the total price will just add it into.
(my currency is rupiah, and my product price is Rp 200.000 ($22), so maybe the total price become 200.034 to differentiate the customer)
Thanks
November 13, 2011 at 10:00 pm #38354adminKeymasterCheck the “Automatically Update Customer & Products Database” option for the manual checkout and after the form submission the customers data will go into the “Manage Customers” section where you will be able to see the details of each customer. There will be a unique transaction ID for each transaction which will allow you to uniquely identify a transaction.
November 14, 2011 at 8:21 am #38355stjunMemberIt’s not that, what is mean is how can i know who is paying when the amount are all same.
For example:
i have 10 transactions with the price IDR 200.000 using manual checkout. After checking my bank account, i notice there are 4 payments. So how do i know who pays that? Because the amount all same. So what i think is, is it possible to generate unique number let’s say:
Transaction 1: IDR 200.014 (14 is unique number that added into the price)
Transaction 2: IDR 200.005 (5 is unique number that added into the price)
Transaction 3: IDR 200.025 (25 is unique number that added into the price)
Transaction 4: IDR 200.153 (153 is unique number that added into the price)
and go on.
So when i received payment IDR 200.014, i know that it belongs to customer 1, IDR 200.005, it’s customer 2. Hope it explains better.
Thanks
November 14, 2011 at 11:07 pm #38356adminKeymasterYou instruct your customer to use a reference when they send you the money. A reference can be the customer’s name or email or even the transaction ID.
You will see that when you pay bill companies give you a reference number so that when you make the payment and include that reference number the company knows that the payment came from you.
eStore has a settings field called “Directions for the Customer” for manual checkout. You can specify what steps you want your customers to take when making the payment in that field (this is added to the email that gets sent to the customer).
