    About 3 weeks ago my WP eStore plugin stopped sending emails to both me and my customers.

    The transactions go through, I receive the money, but the customer doesn’t receive the post payment email that gives them directions on how to watch their purchased video or how to create their premium account.

    The only thing that I have done differently over the last couple months is attempt to use Sandbox Testing.

    The reason I was trying this out was because I was trying something new with the WP emember plugin. I was using the Free Trial feature for a premium subscription. I was a little nervous as to how it would work for the people buying this new offering so I thought I would set up a sandbox account and test it a few times.

    I never got to the point where a test actually worked so I stopped using this feature.

    Since then my customers and I have not received any automatic emails from the WP estore.

    I just upgraded both eStore and eMember through the links that were sent to me today via email. I am also running WordPress 3.5

    I have turned on the debug log and they claim they are passing through fine, this was my latest test:

    Since you say that things were once working and they suddenly stopped working, please check out this link and do the troubleshooting recommended there:

    Looking at your debug it looks like the plugin is not receiving IPN notification from PayPal. This checklist will help you find the mistake and fix it:
