Critical Error When New User Signs Up

When I have new users sign up, after they’ve submitted their details they get a Critical Error page from wordpress.

The user has been added to the system so they can login, but how do we go about fixing this?

Please ensure that you are using the most current version of the plugin, and then see if the problem persists:

Re-install or Load a Fresh Copy of the Plugin(s)
