I have created a product listing for some workshops that I am going to be holding. It is just one product. The way I want to set it up is that if someone pays, in full, before a certain date, then they will get an early bird discount on the full price. How I set this up, was that I put the full amount in the product listing, then created a limited time discount coupon. The coupon was for $25 off anything over a certain price (which is $300), and set the effective & expiration dates up in the coupon details. I am also going to give certain people a coupon that will be a specific percentage off the total amount. For example, the listed price for the workshop is $325. I want the blanket discount coupon to give $25 off the list price until 7/1, and then after that date, the regular price will be charged.
c) What causes the error to show up? There is no actual error showing up. No discount is given at all when I click on the “buy now” button. Also, when I click on the buy now button, it does not ask if there are any coupons that I’d like to apply or use.
d) What version of the plugin are you using? 7.0.9
e) Provide a link to the exact page where the problem is seen [http://www.christineleann.com/?page_id=18] right now this page is currently set to private, because of the problems with the coupon.
f) Which product you are using (example: eStore, WP Affiliate Platform, eMember, PDF Stamper etc…)? eStore
g) Did you modify the plugin code? no
