WP eStore Purchases not showing in admin after plugin upgrade

My old version of WP estore worked perfectly. After upgrading to v5.3.8 no purchases are showing in admin (Wp estore – Manage Customers).

The orders are being sent to my email inbox from Paypal so all customer are being served as normal.

The most common cause for this is to not follow the upgrade instructions when upgrading the plugin:

Seems like you’re right. I deleted the plugin and re-installed it. Everything seems to be working fine now.

Why isnt this plugin being auto- updated?
